Half-tones
For these images I have experimented with colour half-toning sections of the images, such as the rapeseed plants and sky.
I think that the images where the background is all halftone while the bottles of oil is not, so I may experiment more with this and possibly use this style of editing as one or more of my final pieces.
Compositing
For these edits I have experimented with compositing in bottles of oil in the images I took of the fields of rapeseed. I will be experimenting with this technique as it will allow me more freedom to create unique looking images.
Compositing and Halftone
For this experiment I have combined the compositing experiment and the halftone technique for the background.
Drawing
In this experiment I have traced over the blanket the basket is on, with the shaded areas being where the blue patches are. I don't think I will be doing any more for this technique as I don't like it too much as the clash of the styles distracts from the image.
